New here?

First of all, welcome! We hope you'll enjoy reading and maybe want to add us to your favourites or subscribe to our RSS feed. You can also follow us on Twitter or 'like' us on Facebook. If you need convincing, or don't know where to start, here are some of our favourite articles and features:

- We're running an on going series of interviews with fashion insiders... This includes journalists, designers, a model/musician, shop owners, buyers and magazine editors. If there's anyone you think we should be interviewing, feel free to email us and let us know!

- As much as we enjoy the pure theatre of catwalk shows at LFW both of us are left wanting more at the end of that ever hectic day. So, we like to unpick the seams of Menswear Day by speaking to the designers themselves and by getting up close and personal with their designs.

- We love nothing more than learning about how collections and products are made. This feature includes studio and factory visits and over the coming months we aim to .

- Our style diaries are quite popular. Everyone likes pretty pictures, and so do we. What better way to learn about a person's style than to style stalk them for a week?

Why we got started:

Maybe you want a bit more information about us? We started this blog way back in 2007 after more and more frequent emails had been sent between us regarding men's clothes, the trends and styles we'd noticed and liked and articles we'd read. Our inspiration at the time came from many sources including, but not limited to:

- The Sartorialist

- Endless trips to the shops

- The sadly defunct Face magazine

- Actors of yester-year, in particular Fred Astaire and Gene Kelly

These emails got so obsessive that we thought we'd share our thoughts with everyone else and open up the conversation a bit more- so please, if you have something to say, let us know! Comment, email, chase us down on twitter... don't be shy, but please be polite. Anything offensive will NOT be tolerated.
